Violation of this policy may result in removal from the premises and/or removal from the booking platform. Refunds will not be considered in the event of a violation.  
\- No RV parking.  
\- Pets: We are restricted to 2 small dogs only. Your pet(s) must be included in your reservation. Please inquire about this before booking with a pet.  
\- No tape or adhesive is allowed to be attached to the walls.  
\- Please be a courteous neighbor. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.  
\- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.  
\- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.  
\- Please treat the home as if it were your own, report any damages immediately, and leave things as you found them. Booking guest is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file (if applicable) should damage occur during occupancy.  
\- If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it ASAP. Refunds will not be considered in the event of an unreported issue that we were not given the opportunity to address. By reserving our property you understand that while we do our best to ensure that the property is up to standard, please be aware that refunds will not be considered for ordinary wear and tear.
