This 2 bedroom, 1 bath house has been completely remodeled. The house is centrally located to conveniently located for multiple hospital access, as well as, Downtown Phoenix and all its activities. Located at the intersection of I-10; I-17; SR 51 and The Loop 202 makes it convenient to visit anywhere in the Valley, including Baseball Spring Training, Cardinals Football and NASCAR. You can walk, bike, or use the light rail to most of your Downtown (or further with the light rail) needs: including *University Banner Hospital *Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball *Footprint Arena *The Phoenix Convention Center*Arizona Science Center and Heritage Square*Phoenix Art Museum*Heard Museum*UA and ASU downtown Campuses*Downtown Government Buildings*Groceries*Gourmet Restaurants*Pharmacies*Movie Theatres. The property is wonderful. It's small, but every detail is well chosen to mitigate that, from an exceptional range to a large shower. A cozy, cute place to stay near the downtown

Beautifully renovated little house close to the downtown. Close to shopping and Easy access to the Interstate to get out of town. Clint and Gillian were great hosts. Only drawback to this stay was the traffic noise of being in the city. For a family that lives out in the country, there was always noises, which we are not used to.

beautiful, comfy home in a central location

We loved our stay. Our hosts were wonderful and made sure we had everything needed. They went the extra mile and had coffee, oj and cookies for us on our arrival. The house is comfortable and very well maintained. Safeway and a bagel shop are right around the corner and the convention center is a mile away.We will definitely stay here again when next in Phoenix.Thank you!!!

Lovely home in the heart of Phoenix

We loved staying here! It was very clean and everything we needed was included. The owners provided a lot of information about the surrounding area. There is a Safeway grocery store within walking distance. The park across the street had many unhoused people, so we didn't feel comfortable taking our toddler to the playground. Other than that we would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is very close to excellent restaurants and the Nash Jazz club.

Great little home away from home

We loved our stay on Lynwood Street! The house is small but immaculate, with thoughtful furnishings and a lovely outdoor space. There’s a gourmet kitchen, a laundry room, two bedrooms, and a cozy living room, plus a fire pit and nice grill outside. We were there over Christmas so found stockings hung and eggnog in the fridge for our arrival. Incredibly thoughtful owners who are steps away if any issues arise. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in town!

Great location & home

This property is as advertised. Sitting area on the porch and backyard, interior of the home has a large kitchen and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom were perfect for our needs. We loved the location, market is across the street and many restaurants within a couple miles. We were here for an event at the convention center which was minutes away. Host was very accommodating and helpful when we had any questions. We’d definitely return if we had the need to visit the area again. Thank you!

This well-appointed, spotless urban property is conveniently located for the traveler who wants to explore the area. Beautifully restored, the bungalow was perfect for our needs. Communication with the the owners was excellent. They seemed to want us to enjoy their property—and we did.

Spotless. Nice kitchen. Comfortable queen size bed (& pillows!) in master. Nice firepit area in backyard along with BBQ. Everything you could possibly need supplied. Very friendly owner next door if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation rental

First, the property was a beautifully renovated home. It is a small house(plenty for our family of 4), but exquisitely redone. The bedrooms were smaller, but cozy. The bathroom, living room & kitchen were all open and roomy. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit and fireplace - as AZ experienced torrential rains… and cold after the rain. After enjoying activities around Phoenix, it felt like being at home when we returned to this rental. Plus, the owners were easy to contact and responsive to any communication. Great vacation & location!!

Wonderful house in a great spot

The owners are friendly, welcoming, and communicate quickly and clearly. The house is clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was great, and there's a small table to work at in the evenings. I came to Phoenix to hike, and the house is well situated to get to tons of great hiking trails easily. Though it's near freeways, the house is tucked into a quiet residential street across from the park. This was a great place to stay.
