This home sits perfectly at the end of a cul de sac offering guests a massive backyard lot that has been completely renovated and remodeled along with generous neighbor setback lines to give you your privacy. Ride share from Uber or Lyft is all you will need. You will be anywhere and everywhere you want to be within just 10 - 15 minutes due to this rentals central location. You are no more than a 15 minute Uber ride directly north up Rural Road into Scottsdale to some of the hottest spots such as: Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale\`s Entertainment District, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Old Town Scottsdale\`s Shopping District, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort, Top Golf and so much more. \* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $75 per day from October through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees. \* POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER: Electric heat pumps are designed to function efficiently when the ambient outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees. However, when the temperature drops below this threshold, the heat pumps automatically shut off to conserve energy and prevent overheating. As soon as the temperature rises above 50 degrees, the system will resume heating the pool to the desired temperature of 80-82 degrees, working continuously to maintain comfort for our guests. \* NATURAL GAS FEE: There will be an additional flat rate charge of $50 per reservation for use of the Natural Gas for the Fire Pit. Additional propane tanks for the BBQ will be available and accessible upon request. \* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. When we left the kids wouldn't stop asking to go back - the backyard amenities and fun can't be beat. The home looked and smelled clean, beds were cozy, and it's clear the homeowner has spent time thinking about how to make your stay more comfortable. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac but close to shops and restaurants - this home was a perfect stay for us.
