Perfect for couples or solo travelers exploring the area! This is a multifamily unit. It is an 8 bedroom house split into multiple units. Each unit has a separate entrance and is completely private. the outdoor area is a shared space The Space: Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen bed for a cozy and restful stay. Amenities: Kitchen & Dining Area: Fully equipped kitchen and dining space to prepare and enjoy meals together. Outdoor Dining Area: Perfect for alfresco dining under the Arizona sunshine. TV: Unwind with your favorite shows after a day of exploring. Laptop-Friendly Workspace: Stay connected or catch up on work in a comfortable setup. Our charming 1-bedroom home is just minutes from the Phoenix Zoo, offering the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Due to possible pool construction, the backyard has not been nicely landscaped, and exterior construction might happen during your stay; please ask host. Lighting was poor. The bed had a poor mattress with a cheap pad to try to hide the mattress had you rolling to the center. The kitchen had no stove. There was a couple hot plates, a toaster oven, and a microwave with a broken door handle. I had to get a pliers from my car to open the microwave. The other food prep items were either dirty (or suspect) causing me to not want to use them. We had 1 garbage bag for the 8 day stay. No real privacy as the unit had 3 units to the 1 house. The shared backyard was not usable. Had a hot tub but not something I would use. The size of the kitchen table was to large for the unit. Only had Roku tv with no local channels. My wife cried when she saw what we had rented. It was far from a comfortable experience for her. I liken it to a deer camp or fishing cabin. we made the most of it. ##### herbert d.
