when we check in on the day, the front desk cant speak or read English, she refused to let us stay. Although my local translator explain to her it's a fully paid upfront room. She still refused. Took us one hour to force her to call someone. Wasted our time.

Friendly staff but restricted in what they could help with likes of large charge for room card if lost and laundry lost for 2-3 days. Laundry even had to be taken main desk. Food OK but difficult to get food and bar service if sitting by the pool. Pool small but OK. Room was comfortable and recommend the junior suit. However Bath taps don’t work. Good English TV selection.

Rien à dire sauf qu’il fait très chaud dans la chambre car l’air climatisée est très loin . J’ai mis une carte autre pour que l’air climatisée fonctionne lors de notre absence ! C’est beaucoup mieux ainsi ! Personnel et propreté parfait Petit déjeuner excellent ! Piscine très bien sauf que plus petit que ça l’air sur les photos . Dans l’ensemble c’est un excellent choix ! C’est près de tout 15 min du musée et du bord de l’eau allez prendre un verre sur une terrasse sur le bord de l’eau c’est très bien !!

Better options available.

Mediocre business class hotel with clean, comfortable beds, but the power in my room sometimes goes off randomly. The overall design is poor and uninviting. Very small windows and quite noisy even though we were on one of the higher floors. The young staff members were very nice but the older ones were surly and when I asked one of them for an extra pillow, he told me they were out. I called back half an hour later, talked to someone else and got a pillow. The breakfast buffet was quite mediocre compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area.

Fick ett uppgraderat rum för våra 6 nätter, allt var perfekt, testade inte poolen. Rent, dom i personalen vi stötte på var alla vänliga och hjälpsamma, bokar gärna detta om vi åker till kambodja igen.

Great pool, not much in the area

Great pool, not much to do in the area but great pool! We also had a free upgrade room with a balcony which was a bonus. food in the restaurant was a let down but might not be our taste.

Ok hotel but compared to other hotels for similar price they need to raise their standards. Staff were great but hotel looks a bit dated in some places but good for couple of nights and provide the basics what you need.

Hotel room had a window that was 1m away from the next building so no view, when asked the staff for a room with a view, reply was “extra charge”. Air-conditioning also did not work well and was very hot in the room, when told to the staff, reply was “wait for 10 minutes it will be cold”, waited for two days, it was not. Can get better hotels in the area and recommend to do so. Will not stay here again.

Das Hotel ist in einem algemein guten zustand. Das Frühstück war für dortige Verhältnisse ziemlich gut. Bedienung freundlich, hilfsbereit, professionel. Die Zimmer sind freundlich mit grossen Betten und gut klimatisiert. Von acht Zimmer war ein Bett mit fleckigen Lacken bezogen. Wurden aber auf Reklamation sovort gewechselt.Das wifi war gut.

Très bonne adresse à Phnom Penh

J’ai résidé 14 nuits dans cet établissement. Le personnel est attentionner, particulièrement pour le service aux chambres. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits et équipements de grande qualité. La piscine est une bénédiction pour les après midi trop chaude pour faire une balade dans la ville. Merci aussi au gérant qui à sue régler en quelques minutes une demande spécial de ma part. Merci également à toute l’équipe.
