There are taxies of one kind or another as soon as you walk out the door, making it easy to go to other parts of the city. My lady and I plan to stay at Mito Hotel the next time we go to Phnom Penh. The hotel wifi is good and Google Maps works well. In the four days there we only left the area once because there are so many nice places to go to in a two to eight street range of the hotel, even a movie theater.
