The rooms look as pictured and are high quality, however there was miscommunications and it lacked some amenities. We stayed for 3 nights and although we hung the “please clean room” sign twice, no staff ever came to clean or refill water/ change towels. The amenities listed state there is a “free stocked minibar” however when we checked out we had to pay for what we drank. The games room also lacked pool balls/ping pong balls which was a bit disappointing.
