This is a nice place that is trying to grow into it's own. The location is in the residential area which keeps it quiet. The staff are very helpful and always there. But, the hotel is very run down. They need to really clean up the hallways and elevator area as well as their cupboards and fridge. It smelled moldy, the cupboards inside was very dirty and unusable. From the pictures it seems to be a reasonable place for a reasonable price and for some people it may seem like it is good enough but I think if they put more effort to ensure all these finer details were kept up with, cleaned and properly taken care of it would be a good enough place to stay. Please take the time to put some effort into all of these finer details as it can hinder the comfort of the stay. I also notice some bug issues that may need some attention to. It is ridiculous (he Does Not know how to read English). I need to cancel my reservation he said no because I check in late at 8pm. He said no matter what it was my mistake. He keeps put a blame on me while he is a property manager with no responsibility and not professional. He needs to get fired ASAP. I’m not recommending anyone to stay there. I liked the pools and the grounds of the property. There is a small restaurant and store on site for quick bites. Grab into the city takes 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. The airport is very close. Overall I would recommend it for short or long term stays.
