"I paid 3x the price of what is worth. The staff are great the facilities is mediocre. The pictures isn't updated to its current condition. Bed sheets are torn and the AC drips condensation on top of the pillow. Mold grew on that pillow too. We needed the fan and AC running for about an hour to get it to temperature at our comfortable staying but at least it work. The direction to get there is the worst. "Liked - cleanliness of hotel/room and service from Reception staff. Breakfast spread was good and the restaurant staff friendly. Pool area was big and had enough space for the guests to lounge around. Didn't like - the road outside and walk towards the palace and museum felt unsafe with too many vehicles. Hotel spa prices were too high so we did not use. "
