There is one full-size futon and two twin beds. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and dishes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This is not a full condo. You are allowed access to the dock and the grounds. This property provides a setting with stunning views of Elk Lake, endless fun and relaxation on the 4-lake Phillips Chain of Lakes right from the docks!
