#### Great place

It’s like a home away from home. This place has land and is located close to town which is nice but you do not have neighbors right on top of you. The other massive benefit is the space. Our son is wheelchair bound and we can get around easily without having to limit where he was. The walk-in shower in the master is also helpful for him to bathe. The kitchen is amazing and absolutely love this place for our visits back home to see family and friends. It’s also close to lakes and shopping.

We were in the Phillips area for a family weekend at a nearby cabin. The location was great and the space fit our group well for relaxing & resting after days at the lake. Enjoyed the local vendor market in town too! Check in and all communication was quick & easy.

#### I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in this area!

Cala was super easy to work with and allowed early check in. Our group was in Catawba during the day for retreat and this was a perfect place to come home to to get comfy, discuss the day, celebrate friendships, and sleep! The home is great, beds comfortable, clean, cozy, but you need to stay just to see the amazing pantry! ❤️ I highly recommend this property!

#### Perfect winter getaway

Such a beautiful home and property! A perfect place to gather with friends and snowmobile for the weekend. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating for our group of 4 couples. We enjoyed the spacious and very clean home with plenty of common area to gather together and private rooms to sleep comfortably. We snowmobiled each day in the surrounding areas on beautiful trails and stopped at several friendly local establishments. Would definitely recommend this home!

#### Awesome Basecamp for father/son snowmobile weekend

All three of the dads agreed “this place is nicer than any of our homes” Short ditch/road ride to the main corridor trails and nice country tavern. Amazing linens on the beds - we all slept great, plenty of room for the 3 adults and five teenage boys. If we are riding here again, this is where we are staying.
