Other Things to Note: Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties. Minimum age: The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24\. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so.
