If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties. Minimum age: The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24\. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The communication was a little frustrating after a long day of travel it was difficult to figure out where to park. They have a guidebook, but it is online only, and is a link to another site. It was supposed to be sent via text, but we had no information and did not receive the text. We had to get the information off the app messages and then copy paste that information into another browser using our mobile phones while I had kids who were tired from travel, this should be much more clearly communicated. Once, I finally found this things were smooth. Now for the good, it is a clean nice place that is comfortable for the family. Plenty of room for sleeping and for being a vertical row house where it had 4 floors it was surprisingly not a big deal and nothing just a part of how the homes are built in big cities. The area seemed safe, several places to eat, pharmacy, and groceries in walking distance, parking is a pain, but there isn't much room so its understandable, but if you have a big vehicle don't plan to be able to use the space provided as it won't work. We rented a minivan and had about an inch of clearance in front and behind the vehicle so a larger SUV would be a no go. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities in the place were nice. The rooftop deck was peaceful and a fun part of the set-up. ##### Casey P.
