The Hidden Gem

Our accommodation on VRBO offers you exclusive use of the entire house during your stay. The house has undergone a complete renovation and features a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a spacious patio. Enjoy ample space to relax and unwind. The property includes a fenced yard with a brand new patio where you can indulge in outdoor activities and make use of the provided Weber BBQ grill and propane gas patio heater throughout the year.

Regarding access, you will have full rental privileges for the entire home. Additionally, you have complete access to the basement and the outdoor patio seating area.

Please take note of the following:

Housekeeping: Your keyless entry codes will be provided at the designated check-in time of 4:00 pm. However, during busy check-in periods, housekeeping may be present until approximately 6:30 pm to ensure thorough cleaning of the property.
Early Check-In: If you wish to check in up to 2 hours earlier than the standard 4:00 pm time, an additional fee of $40 applies.
Late Checkout: For a 2-hour extension after the regular checkout time of 10:00 am, there is a fee of $40.
No Smoking and No Pets: Any violation of our no smoking and no pets policy will result in a minimum charge of $300, in addition to any other associated costs.
Proper Trash Disposal: Guests are expected to bag their trash correctly before departing.
No Unauthorized Guests Allowed: It is not permitted to have guests who are not listed in the reservation. If you have special circumstances, such as a local friend visiting, please communicate with your host. You are responsible for any guest not authorized by the host, with an additional charge of $40 per person exceeding the reservation count.
No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited in our home. Any noise complaints from neighbors, damage caused by unauthorized guests, or any actions that result in significant disruption or damage may incur fines of up to $500.
Noise Levels: Please be considerate to the neighbors and maintain low noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
