I don't even think this place should be considered a hotel. This place is riddled with individuals who are smoking, drinking by the exits, and some shady characters. I was approached by someone who locked my car in it's parking lot and started staring at me. If it wasn't for who I was raised to become, the situation would've been fatal. The individual was upset over a situation that had nothing to do with me, and after having to calm him down, he understood that I was not there to cause any trouble. Look, I understand there are people down on their luck, but this hotel is more of a shelter that rents out the rooms for $100+ a night. If I paid less than I would've paid, then I could say you get what you paid for, but that is not the case for this place. They charge you 3 star prices for a russian roulette style of "How would you like to be assaulted today, by an upset man or drunk and high residents?". If I had to say something positive, at least they had hot water. Although usually the place is good for the price, clean and near a good location right outside of Philadelphia. At 2 am the fire alarms started sounding and we were ordered outside by the fire department. The walls full of asbestos started to fall down, and there was no communication from the hotel staff. The whole situation was handled terribly. The bathroom had dirt on the floor and the shower was not clean. The floor had some stains/dried liquid that was visible. The beds were clean but one of the blankets had multiple holes in it that looked like cigarette burns? This place obviously caters to long term live in people and I can hear them fighting with their kids in other rooms. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed.
