Super séjour pour le nouvel an et la game des Eagles, tout ce fait à pied, sinon métro très simple !! Super beau et propre, très grand, nous étions une famille de 5. La terrasse sur le toit est magnifique et très agréable. C’est certain que je vais relouer là pour notre prochain voyage à Philadelphie!!

Le logement est propre, bine équipé et bien situé. Le séjour aurait été parfait s'il n'y avait pas ce problème de remboursement partiel que Sonder m'a promis et que j'attends toujours. Le remboursement était sensé se faire sur mon compte bancaire dans les 10 jours ouvrés suivant la date de réclamation mais ça fait maintenant 15 jours et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ce remboursement malgré plusieurs relances.

The one bedroom apartment was the perfect room for my trip. It was spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes (and coffee and tea), and the bathroom had very nice toiletries. The building was clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the area was quiet and within walking distance of many sites.

I liked the modern devices in the apt. The washer and dryer and smart tv were a nice touch. The staff were helpful, but several times I asked for soap and towels and got coffee which I don't drink. The site was convenient and ample sized. I didn't like the pipes above and stucco was outside looking . Overall would stay again but need more housekeeping type services.

The building and the architecture. Lots of space and beautiful views especially from the roof top deck! No pool or hot tub :( Great facility!

It was great except for the loud and incessant music and religious broadcasts that we heard from our apartment that started early each morning and continued through to the late evening.

Location is great. No water in room and no machines around. Hospitality is not great. The bedroom has one tiny bedside lamp and no other lighting. There is no table or desk to work at.

We're adding water fountains to some of our properties, but we're sorry this wasn't available for your visit. Thanks for your thoughts on adding more lighting and other furniture. I pre-paid for another person to stay which is allowed in Expedia. We provided the name of the guest to Expedia and provided the guest's government-issued IDs as well as mine since I used my credit card paid for it. The property management refused to let the guest in. After hours of calling the property management office and negotiate with the security at the property, we still could not get it. Finally, the guest was allowed in. The bedroom door was broken and the guest was locked inside of the bedroom for hours.

My First Stay at a Sonder Property
My stay at this sonder property was pretty good. I gave it a high rating despite some small maintenance items. Pros: Location is very good, short walk to the subway and a slightly longer walk to the art museum. It was clean (minus one item noted below) The room was comfortable, spacious. I saw some chatter online about noise concerns. I did not notice alot of noise until about 7am - when the garbage trucks started running - but you're going to have that in any large city. Everything was well stocked (soap for laundry, towels and sheets) Cons: There was a spot in the corner of the shower that could have used some cleaning with some bleach (I will attach a photo) Minor maintenance item- the bathroom door rubbed the doorframe badly - so it makes a bunch of noise closing the door. At the end of the day, not a big deal. There were no coffee filters to make coffee - so I bought some and left it for the next person. Again, not a big deal. Overall my stay was very good. The location is safe and convenient. Decent (not quite outstanding) price/value.

The whole floor had an unbearable smell. None of the doors shut in the apartment. The bed was like a brick wrapped in a diaper. We also got locked out because of some Sonder mistake and the key fobs didn’t work at the front door. Despite all that it was private and pretty clean and close to the convention center.

Really bad experience here and can't recommend it. We arrived at 8pm and the front desk lady said we were not on "the list", after showing her my reservation she could still not check us in, we had to wait for quite some time until she called somebody else and they confirmed our reservation. A week before our arrival we communicated with the Sonder's team via their app and requested a pack and play and they said no problem, well...they did not had the pack and play ready for us and said it would be ready the next day so I had to drive to target and buy a pack and play. The front desk then apologized and said they were going to give us some sort of refund, ok. Later that night there was aggressive knocking on our door and a lady very rudely offered a pack and play and said we would not be receiving any refunds or credit, ok... I didn't ask for any. The next day there was a hot water outage in the building. These guys are amateurs, terrible attitude. Literally worst place I have stayed. Location is good for the Philly Marathon, close to starting line.

Great location for Love park/city hall/museums…felt very safe and loved the buildings amenities. Apartment is spacious. If you like to watch tv bring your codes for watching specific streaming and live tv.

I like it all here except that their towels didn’t look totally clean (I believe they washed it but it just looked dirty… you know what I mean). All the other things are PERFECT. Great place, cheap price, very good neighborhood, really nothing to complain. I would definitely be back next time.
