The entrance to the apartment building had trash in the floor before you even reached the front door. The owner sent me the wrong code and the neighbor let us in. It was very dark in the entrance hall, very dirty, trash in the floor, exposed wiring, etc. The front of the building has a for rent/for sale sign and looks abandoned.
