This apartment is newly designed and renovated with plenty of comforts and space to feel at home. This is a private reservation and the unit will be exclusive to you and your guests. Contactless assistance and check-in/out are available. Text, email, and message app support from 7 AM-11 PM EST. Emergency requests are promptly addressed based on team availability. The area is amazing, we have a fantastic restaurant called Tria on our block, Mercado BYOB is half a block up and there are more than 30 places to eat within a 2 block radius. Right nearby on 13th and Walnut there are over 10 places to eat and gather as they close the street so people can walk and enjoy Center City Philadelphia. Antique shopping is also one block away on Pine Street "Antique Row". A stylish living/dining room furnished area that presents a dining table the accommodates 6\. Enjoy a full bathroom with shower and tub, toilet and vanity. The living room has a 40" Smart TV ready for all your shows and apps. A comfortable lovely couch where you can get a good rest. Dining Area: very nicely designed and seats 6 with all dishware included. A great place to have wonderful dinners or work from home. We have access to a 24 hour coin operated washer and dryer located a few doors down at our other location. Parking: we are super centrally located so you don't need to drive around here, you can walk everywhere for all your needs. If you decide to drive, parking is as follows: during the day there are 2 hour parking limits, from 8am to early evening and free unlimited parking with no restrictions overnight. There are also pay to park garages nearby within 1-3 blocks. Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It a metal unit that runs across the wall lower part. There is a knob on each right turns it higher. After a bit it gets very warm in there. Public Transportation: You have the subway on Broad Street and Locust that takes you from one end of Philadelphia to the other. I ended up sitting outside the building in my car for over three hours talking to the property manager and VRBO. VRBO ended up putting me up in a hotel for two nights. The unit had the water turned on the final day I should have been staying there. I would avoid this property. ##### Jocelyn B. This unit should not be listed as luxury. IF YOU LIKE LUXURY AND THE OPTION TO HAVE A HOT, NOT LUKEWARM SHOWER OR BATH DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!! The building itself and hallways really need maintenance. So when you first walk in it is a bit jarring to see how ugly the hallway is. Then when you get to the unit things are not well maintained. It looks clean at first glance. It was one thing after the other with this place. Originally booked for 2 for me and my mom since it listed sleeps 3\. There was no sleep sofa. The blinds in the living room are broken off so there is no bottom half which meant that I had no privacy in the living room at night. Dirty stained placemats on table. Air conditioners are taped into the windows. The curtains in the bedroom are taped to the window. Yes, I said taped. I have never seen that before. Don't know the owners but I don't think we have the same concept of luxury. Wallpaper mural behind bed is peeling off. There are chunks of paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom as well as around the mirror. Broken towel rack that fell off the wall. Worst of all there is no truly hot water, only barely warm for a shower or bath. One night I had no hot water for a shower. Old stained refrigerator. Dirty range hood on top of the stove. I actually wanted and tried to leave but couldn't find another booking on short notice. The location is the best part. ##### angie w.
