This is important if you are have mobility issues after a medical procedure. Parking: We provide 1 complimentary parking space per reservation. The parking area is located on the 3rd floor of the garage building connected to the building. The locked garage is monitored by 24/7 by security and accessible via stairs only. The garage isn\`t regularly maintained so please be mindful there maybe areas of dampness especially after heavy rain or snow. Please read our check in and parking guide carefully for detailed instructions after booking. There was a security guard at the front of the building 24/7 like the description says and you do have to use a key fob to get into any of the buildings so we felt very safe. It was always quiet at night even though there were many pet owners in the building. The beds were comfortable king size beds however one of them does creek loudly if you move a lot at night. It’s also quite a bit of a hike to he parking garage that has no elevator so it’s three flights of stairs every time. Other than that it was a great stay and the property manager was very communicative and accommodating! ##### David S.
