Affordable and comfortable business class hotel. The rear entrance is a little dingy and unwelcoming which isnt a big problem, but because it feels like the main entrance when you pull up, it could be a bit nicer. Or maybe signs directing peoplw around back to the main entrance. But the room was good, comfortable bed and decent water pressure in the shower. A full length mirror would have been helpful, but it was a good room.

The hotel was nice but I was disappointed about the pool not being ready. I had called four times and asked about the pool being open and they assured me each time that it was my kids were so disappointed. If I would have known it was ready I would’ve made reservations at a different hotel.

The entire staff is professional and extremely friendly. The breakfast food is delicious and the hotel is convenient and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was awesome and coffee bar available 24/7 was the best. My only complaint was the other guests who came in at very late hours slamming their room doors. It sounds as if they were opening and slamming my door.

Overall, my experience with this location was good. The staff were professional and pleasant throughout our time there. My only complaint is the HVAC in my room (418) was out dated. The thermostat was old, I mean really old, where it looked like it could have been in a home in the 1970's. When the blower came on it was really, really loud. Other than that it did it's job.

At the front desk, the worker was so nice checking us in and out. She was easy to talk to and I’m actually very shy but she was very welcoming. Not so bad for my 1st time checking in Holiday inn, thank you :)

Cannot complain about the accommodation, it was of a very high standard . I qould like to say that I am totally disappointed about the $100.00 security deposit they added to my credit to be returned after 5-7 buisness days . This is a classic example of a selective hidden fees that I am certain was not applied to all the guest who checked in that evening.
