### Cozy Studio Across from Convention Center | 3R

This centrally located studio apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia. Directly across the street from the Convention Center and just around the corner from the iconic Reading Terminal Market. Leave your car at home and step right outside to explore all of Philadelphia’s top tourist destinations. The unit includes high-speed internet and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short- or long-term stay.  
  
This unit is located on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building and requires climbing three flights of stairs. For added safety, the building is equipped with security cameras in the hallways that monitor activity at all times. The unit is thoroughly deep cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We’re always just a quick message away and ready to assist with any questions or needs during your stay.  
  
AMENITIES:

✔️ Essential toiletries (Towels, Bed sheets, Shampoo, Bath soap and Toilet paper)  
✔️ Fully stocked Kitchen w/all necessary utensils, pots, and pans to make a full meal
