Our apartment is newly renovated and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Coffee shops, restaurants, parks, shopping and sightseeing are all within a stones throw of this beautifully updated, 1st floor apartment. No need to bring a car - just pack your walking shoes and hit the town.



The Space:

Tucked inside a quiet building just steps from everything Philly has to offer, this charming apartment offers the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and convenience.



✨SEAMLESS CITY LIVING✨

You'll enter through the building's main door using a keypad lock. Once check-in is available, we’ll send you a unique code that works for both the main door and your private apartment entrance, located just to the left as you walk in. While there is another apartment in the building occupied by long-term tenants, the only shared space is the entryway.



Inside, the open-concept living room and kitchen create a cozy yet functional space to relax and recharge. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, and the 50-inch Smart TV is ready for you to stream your favorite shows—Netflix is provided, or feel free to log into your own accounts.

Down the hall on the left, you’ll find a bright bathroom with a stand-up shower stocked with essentials to freshen up after your travels.

The first bedroom features a plush queen memory foam bed with 100% cotton sheets and blackout curtains for the ultimate night’s sleep.

Continue just a bit further and you’ll arrive at the spacious primary bedroom, where a king memory foam bed and another 50-inch Smart TV await. Slide open the door to your own private patio—perfect for morning coffee or a sunset sip.



Whether you’re here for work, play, or a bit of both, this thoughtfully designed apartment makes it easy to feel right at home.



Guest Access:

🏠 Guests have access to the entire apartment and patio. There are no shared spaces other than the entryway. Keyless entry provided.



The Neighborhood:

Queen Village is a quiet, residential neighborhood in the south east part of Philadelphia. There are many long term residents on our block and people who have called the neighborhood home for generations. Our goal is to provide clean, comfortable and quiet accommodations for respectful guests. If you choose to stay with us, we ask that you treat our neighborhood like it were your own. No loud noises after quiet hours and no loitering in front of the property is allowed at any time.



Getting Around:

🚗 Walking is the best way to get around. If you plan to drive, please pay attention to street signs for parking regulations. We are not responsible for ticketed or towed vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

🗝️ To lock the apartment door from the outside, please hold the door closed tightly and press the bottom right button on the keypad.



🅿️ There is no dedicated parking space available. Guests may use nearby street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. For added convenience, you can also check ParkWhiz for available paid parking options in the area.



💳 Credit Card Fees:

All credit card processing fees are non-refundable.



📌NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!



Interaction with Guests:

📲 We are available by phone or message anytime. Typically messages received after 9pm are returned the following morning. If there is any emergency, please text or call us.
