The hotel and room were very clean. Staff was great and helpful. The only down part was the shower - It took the water about 5 minutes to get luke warm (this was at night). I tried again in the morning and after waiting a few minutes it was still cold. The sink water got hot but not the shower. I disnt say anything at night due to it being 11p i was going to switch rooms at that time. Then, after a long hassle they got me checked in. I went to my room and found my lights were flickering on and off, the room was filthy, and I found pubic hair in my shower. I went to the front to demand a refund, but the manager just avoided me. He, from his back office also refused to refund me for my stay that cost me $230 for the most disgusting place I have ever been to. Finally after 30 minutes of being avoided i said to the manager that I would appreciate it if he would come out and speak with me or I would show the other customers that were waiting for 30+ minutes to check in the pictures I took of the room. I was then threatened by one of the employees at the front desk, and then by the manager also. The only person that had any type of hospitality there was a lady named Laura at the front desk. It felt quite like racism, and I am white. It actually felt more like the hotel was run by a gang. I am still battling to get my money back from them, but they are still refusing to refund me. This place should be removed from your list of places to stay.
