Comfort: The main complaint from the group was that the beds were too stiff. I'd recommend the host upgrade the mattresses or buy mattress toppers. Communication: The communication from the host was good and fast, which was nice Location: A bit of a hike from downtown Philly, but I expected that. All in all, its exactly where they said it would be and the parking was easy. The neighborhood didn't feel dangerous Amenities: The TV and setup was good. Had plenty of streaming apps. I had some trouble accessing the property but the host helped me out right away and we got right in, so thanks to him for that. The place slept six so we all had enough space. We were able to go shopping for food as grocery stores were very close. I found the back deck very nice to use early in the morning and again I'm the evening. They had everything we needed to prepare some food when we needed it. As we spent most of our time at our daughter's home in the nearby town, this was the perfect home base for us. Downtown Philly is not too far of a drive either. The floors were a bit squeaky but that should be expected with an older house. I wish it had more tvs as there was only 1 in the whole house and it could do without the plug in air fresheners. It was very overpowering and they were plugged in throughout the whole house. All in all though I would recommend this place and stay here again. ##### Blanca G. The house is in a great location-- only 20 minutes from the convention center by car. This is a very affordable rental for anyone and offers way more than either a hotel room or a rental closer in the city. It was quiet at night, and the neighbors we interacted with were great.
