The apartment was in a great location, was spacious and spotless! Graduation went late and Philly restaurants do not stay open late so it was nice to have a kitchen and eating area where we could bring in take out. The next day we were so close to our restaurant at Rittenhouse Square that we enjoyed a pleasant walk there and back. The host is amazing! We were trying to figure out how to juggle the ceremonies and check in and Yaya was so helpful! The area is safe and quiet with some street parking and plenty of lots. Parking in the street has many restrictions requiring paying the meter every 2-3 hours. In the unit there was some green confetti on the ceiling pipes, LE floor and behind the tv ##### Mary Anne G. The property was a little cold in the downstairs but the upstairs was quite warm. A very nice place overall not the most friendly if you have mobility issues. ##### Alicia W.
