Other Things to Note: Please note that we require a $179 Refundable Incidnetal fee to be paid prior to your check-in date. This fee is paid directly to us and is fully refundable given the fact no damages had occured to the property and non of our house rules and policies were breached. Your health and safety are our top priority. We perform an enhanced deep cleaning process between every reservation, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces. This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours. There is a $75 pet fee per pet for stays of 7 nights or less. We charge $100 per pet for guests who stay for more than 7 nights. Small dogs are permitted. As a reminder, we kindly request that pets remain off the bed and sofa during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. I had a 2 night stay and on the first night couldn’t get through the front door because of the (lock code) I tried contacting whom ever manage the property and had the most difficult time trying to get in contact with them, I had to wait until the next day to finally get into contact with the property manager in order to issue a refund that I have heard nothing about. ##### Marc Y.
