Welcome to our beautifully remodeled two-story townhome, offering 1100 sq ft of modern and comfortable living space. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers, this spacious townhome is designed with your convenience in mind. It features two inviting bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a second room with a double bed, along with a sofa bed in the living room. With two full bathrooms and a powder room, the home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.  
  
Located just minutes from shopping centers, major highways, top golf courses, and a variety of dining and entertainment options, this townhome offers a prime location for exploring the area. Enjoy easy check-in with a secure door code, giving you the freedom to come and go as you please. We also offer two dedicated parking spaces for your convenience.  
  
The townhome is equipped with all the essential amenities to ensure a relaxing stay. Enjoy the private, fenced backyard, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Please note, we maintain a pet-free and smoke-free environment to ensure the comfort of all our guests.  
  
Conveniently situated near South Texas Health System McAllen, Rio Grande Regional Hospital, and McAllen Medical Plaza, this townhome is an excellent choice for those visiting for medical purposes. With the airport only 12 minutes away and multiple international bridges within a short drive, you’ll have no trouble getting to your destination. Whether you’re here for work, play, or medical reasons, this townhome provides the perfect base for your stay.

Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

Guests and visitors should comply with parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.

No unregistered guests and visitors are allowed.  
The maximum property capacity is 6 people.  
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.  
Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet time is from 10 pm till 7 am Please refrain from making noise during that time.

Our home is/is not suitable for children under the age of 12 yrs.  
Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are always fully responsible for their safety.

Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.  
Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid damage or breakages.  
  
The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.  
  
Cleaning and Maintenance:  
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.  
Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout, alternatively, a $100 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.  
Turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Check-out time is at 11 am.
