Airport (TQO) 9.2/10 Wonderful! (354 reviews) So the room were spectacular. The service fantastic, the food was delicious an the cocktails out of sight. the only thing that was a surprise is that when we wanted the outdoor pool was not always available. Of course the pool took about an 1.5 hours to get heated, but when we requested to have it turned on, we were never alerted that they would not end up doing it. So after a beautiful romantic walk back from dinner the pool was cold..... A bit of a Debbie Downer since the pool is used in high lighting the property rooms. I would still stay there again, but would ask for them to contact us if they will not be heated after we asked. The beach club was more then comfortable. EVERYONE went beyond the usual for great service. Other then that, we had a magical time. We enjoyed the beautiful beach view from our room. The room was smaller than we imagined at 500 sq ft but we had just enough space for two. The major issue was the water. We had no hot water the entire time. It got lukewarm at best. But overall we still enjoyed our stay.
