« Sandy was quick to communicate with me when I had questions. The place is very clean and spacious. We loved being just a few minutes walk to Main Street and Lake Mi. Our only “knock” is that we found the living room furniture a bit uncomfortable, but mostly we were out hiking or biking anyway. »

« The smell of musty is overwhelming. Mice poop in the cupboards and cobwebs throughout. Fan running when we arrived as well as charcoal bags throughout rental to try and hide smell. Would not stay there for half the price! Vacasa refunded the cleaning fee, but we did not allow them back in to clean as it would have taken hours and the musty smell would still be there. We asked to be relocated and no response on that request. They eventually refunded 10% of our fee as well as our cleaning fee....

« Cute and spacious apartment for 6 adults. Located right downtown and by a few bars, restaurants, and local shops. The bakery downstairs was delicious! Thunderstorm came rolling in on our last night and we got to watch it come in over the lake. We had a great time! »

« Close to downtown. Within one hour drive of so many things. Hosts were great. check in process gave us great directions to find what might have been hard to otherwise. Only draw back was the lack of electrical outlets to charge devices in the bedroom. We had a great trip and just love the Frankfort/M-22 area of Michigan. »

« Because of the layout of this property, it was perfect for my niece and her husband, my nephew and his wife, and me. Each of us had our own washroom (the kictchen/living room was a half bath). The location to shops, restaurants, and the beach was awesome! 2 parking spaces-the 3rd we parked at the nearby municipal parking lot. I’ve already reserved for next year! »

« The property was honestly incredible, everyone kept saying how nice it was and we would happily book this location again. We visited in November for my mother’s 50th birthday with our family and a group of their friends, would love to stay here again in the summer when you can take advantage of the outdoor space. 10/10 would recommend. »
