« L’objet de mon séjour était de prendre un peu de repos de repos. La première nuit je l’ai passé dans une chambre qui donnée sur l’une des avenue principale. Il y avait tellement de bruit du au trafic, que j’ai passé une nuit horrible. Le lendemain j’ai demandé à de changer de chambre et on m’a fait payé un supplément. Dans le descriptif de la chambre que j’avais réservé, il n’ai pas noté que cette chambre donnée sur l’avenue principale et c’est donc pour cela que l’autre chambre est légèrement...

« This is a really nice hotel located right on Cox's Bazar beach. Even though we didn't have an seafront room, we had a junior suite that had wonderful views of the sea from both of our balconies. It's quite a great design to facilitate this. Staff was helpful and friendly...starting with Noor at check in, to Rupak at the breakfast egg station and others whose names I won't remember. « I was shown 2 switches one for DO NOT DISTURB and Other for ROOM CLEANING, shoud i need any i should turn the switch on. I did not turn any of them on, as i came back from outside i found my bed was done up and realised some one has been into the room. As i was not expecting anyone to come in to the room while i was out, i had left all my belonings in the room scatterd. I felt my privacy had been invaded so i told the reception staff and he said i should have put the do not disturd switch on if...

« DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty. There was a large yellow stain on the duvet cover when we arrived, the staff refused to change it until the next morning, he just walked off when we asked. You have to ask for...

« It is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel. They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know...
