« Personne à la réception accueillante. L'hôtel est assez bien situé mais partagé sur 4 sites. Je suis déçue car bien que la chambre semble agréable à première vue, la déception fut énorme au moment de se coucher. Le lit double est composé de 2 matelas individuels, un était correct, l'autre horrible ! J'ai dormi 2h sur ce matelas dans lequel on s'enfonçait littéralement, des carbatures de partout à 1h du matin et on a fini à deux sur un matelas de 90cm de large. Nuit sans aucun repos. Bien cher...

« La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos, le mobilier était vieux, ainsi que la moquette, et ça puait la cigarette et le lit n’était pas confortable. Nous avons été obligés de payer par carte de crédit au lieu de visa, et plusieurs membres du personnel qui ne parlaient pas l'anglais évitaient de nous servir ou de nous répondre. Les points positifs étaient la piscine et le cadre. »

« La salle de bain/toilette n'a pas de fermeture.Moyen comme système.Le soucis de ce village est qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant ni de bar et le menu de l'hôtel est loin d'être typique.Donc limité pour manger.Les employés pour la plupart parlent un allemand approximatif ou pas du tout.Il n'y a personne en permancence à la réception et du coup cela demande beaucoup d'attente pour récupérer la clef.Les portes ferment à 23.00\. Je me suis retrouvée dehors en pleine nuit car la porte s'est ouverte mais...

"Si globalement, le Mercure de Coblence est satisfaisant du niveau quatre étoiles que nous connaissons, mais la chambre numéro 516 comporte une salle de bain, digne des Hotel de Préfecture entre parenthèses qui n’ont pas de classement) : l’évier de belles taille n’est pas bien fixé et est susceptible de décrocher sur s’appui, ballon, encontre ment dessus de la salle de bain, effectivement conforte, déséquilibre des éléments pour l’équilibre, les personnes handicapées circuit bien, mais l’écoulement de l’eau est pitoyablement mauvais qui ignore la pièce par un écoulement collant l’orifice d’écoulement d’ailleurs est petit et vrai Sables vraiment plus ou moins bouché. Ceci aurait pu être remarqué depuis de nombreux semaines, je pense par le personnel responsable du suivi technique.trois "
