The staff was all around rude. The shuttle driver awesome. The one younger man in valet was awesome. The rest were rude. Never delivered the waters i ordered but still billed me. Hotel is nice. Staff needs help. Seems like it might start at management and as a result the entire crew us upset

Charleston Marriott Town Center
Not what you expect when you stay at a Marriott. It is an old and tired looking facility. The carpet in the hallways was bumpy and could cause a fall. It’s a shame as it use to be a very nice place.

Sonesta ES Suites Charleston
This was a quick find for us while traveling home from a long road trip and it was the best hotel we stayed at along the way! We had our dog and they were very accommodating and so friendly. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful apartment close to everything that you could need. Annitta was an amazing host. Will definitely be booking with her again.

ADULT ONLY Naughty Pines log cabin located in South Charleston, WV
The cabin was beautiful inside and outside with an incredible clawfoot tub that was perfect for soaking. The upstairs was well laid out and stocked. Unfortunately, the heating units were unable to keep up with the cold weather and it was very cold.
