It features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you! La communication est très facile et vous trouverez toujours un moyen d’arrangement. Le logement se situe dans un lotissement très calme a 15min de la mer. Il possède 2 places de parking, mais vous avez la possibilité de vous garer en face de la maison sur le trottoir du voisin qui est très sympathique, ou bien sur un autre parking qui se situe à 50 mètre derrière la maison. Une caméra de surveillance extérieur est aussi la. Le seule point négatif, si vous louer en pleins été, la climatisation est en supplément au prix de 60€/jours. Autant vous dire que sa fait grimper la facture et cela n’était pas préciser dans l’annonce. Les frais de ménage sont imposés au moment du paiement, je trouve dommage qu’on ai pas pu choisir ou non cette option. Dans l’ensemble sa reste correcte.
