We allow one small/medium house trained dog to stay in the property but we kindly ask that dogs don't go onto the soft furnishings as the cleaner's struggle to get the hair off.

There is a travel cot but you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot.

For guests who may struggle with the internal 12 stairs there is a flat way into the property just a few houses down and along the beach which brings you into the back entrance. The majority of the house is then on one level. Please ask if you require any clarification on access or layout.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests.

While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.

Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.

A wonderful short break away

This property is perfect for a quiet and restful break. The location is perfect too. Loved just watching and listening to the sea. For the end of October we were so lucky with the weather. The accommodation is very well done and has everything you need. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location

property was right on the beach. Granddaughters spent most days in the sea - when the tide is out the water is shallow for some way so they could happily play safely without us needing to be in the water as well. Only slight suggestion on the property perhaps an outside tap to clean off before entering the house and a little more seating in the living room but otherwise everything else was great.
