Minha experiência foi excelente, desfrutando de 6 (seis) diárias no hotel. Fui muito bem recebido desde a minha chegada até a minha saída. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Café da manhã com muitas variedades. O local é muito bem localizado no centro de Nova Friburgo. Além disso, o local é Pet Friendly e tratou com todo carinho meus pets que me acompanharam durante a viagem. Super recomendo...e um até breve...voltarei com minha família com certeza!

Muito bom

É a segunda vez que fico neste hotel. Os quartos são bons, o café da manhã é excelente e os atendentes são ótimos. Quero aproveitar e agradecer ao Uanderson que ajudou em muito quando o nosso carro flex não pegou devido ao frio. Ele prontamentente foi até o posto comprar um litro de gasolina.

A minha experiencia junto ao hotel foi boa! O atendimento dos funcionarios é exelente, são prestativos e educados :) O cafe da manha possuía uma variedade de bolos deliciosos e varias outras opcoes bem gostosas; o quarto era bem confortável. O que deixou a desejar: o chuveiro não era a gás, por isso, para deixar a agua bem quentinha, era preciso quase que fechar o chuveiro e nao havia um porta sabonete no box.

Chegamos no check in as 17/30 e tinha café, chá e bolo fresquinho. Água gelada! Atendimento rápido e simpático. Quarto espaçoso e banheiro limpo. Café da manhã generoso e tudo delicioso. Tem que atravessar a rua (simples) do hotel para o espaço matinal. Jardim cuidado e com capricho. Tem parquinho para crianças.
