This was our first time staying at the Carriage House. The property appeared relatively new. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Three large TV’s in the living area and in each of the two bedrooms were a definite plus. The beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal for us as we enjoy going into both Harbor Springs and Petoskey to hit some of our favorite spots. If you’re a craft beer lover, Petoskey Brewery (one of our favorites) is just across the street and walkable. The property manager was very prompt when responding to questions and provided good communications. We’d definitely stay here again. ##### Rod F. Great location to ski hills. As a family of 4 we were very comfortable and loved the space. It also has a great fireplace that keeps the unit very warm. It’s ideally between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Parking is easy and check in is easy. Conveniently located within the Petoskey and Harbor Springs area. The unit is new and gorgeous with a well-stocked kitchen, two full bathrooms which were a huge plus, very comfortable beds and a washer/dryer. We also spent a lot of time on the deck, which faced a wooded area. Shout out to Danielle who helped us from the management company.
