"We absolutely loved our stay at Carlitos. The rooms are simple and clean and right on a quiet beach. So fantastic. Carlito and his wife went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even helped us get medical help when one of our kids got sick. While it’s a bit of a walk from the village, you can easily get a wheelbarrow to get your bags to and from the panga, and there are several great restaurants within 5 minutes."

"Pretty property run by two lovely sisters from Toronto. Unfortunately, the property fails on some core missions. The "comfort double rooms" feature rather ascetic bedding and are not really set up for more than one person: the interior shutters and the bathroom door swing into the room making it very tight if not impossible to navigate at night. Also the cabins are poorly built for this climate; they are very hot and don't have any airflow or hot air ventilation. The overhead fans don't provide...

"Great little BnB with only 4 rooms on the property. Talia and Delmar are awesome hosts right down to the authentic Nicaraguan breakfast. The location can’t be beat. Just steps from Long Bay beach and the views are incredible! I was in the Salty Air room with a great ocean view from the balcony. I would go back!"
