Two little suggestions: The bathroom could use a towel rack or a couple of hooks, and it would be helpful to know that it's a third floor walkup. My wife and I are in our 70s and would have liked to know about the stairs, since, even though we really liked this apartment, we might have preferred a place without so many stairs. »
