It is comfortable, private , with a super comfortable bed. Catherine is entirely responsive and helpful with any questions or items you might needs. We cook for ourselves a lot and the kitchen is very livable. There is also a very nice 2-person jacuzzi bathtub although we didn't use it that much. One caveat: If you find stairs difficult, there is an outdoor staircase going up to the apartment over the garage We're in our early 80s and don't find it difficult, but if you have a mobility problem, it's probably not a good place for you. There is a sweet little deck off the front that is shaded in the afternoon and a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Our host, Cat, was quick to respond to email and text. It is a bit of a walk into town but very manageable. We chose this location because it is close to family who live in the area. The hosts were very accommodating. The location was idea for us. We took several 30 to 45 minute drives to the coast for site seeing and hiking. The short walk from here to downtown Petaluma provided views of beautiful old homes and landscaped yards. Loved it! ##### Gary F.
