HOME & PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: \- 4 bedrooms (2 king beds, 3 queen beds) \- 4 bathrooms (2 shower/tub combos, 2 walk-in showers) \- 3 single air mattresses provided & 1 pack n’play \- Custom built kitchen \- Wi-Fi \- Back deck with propane BBQ \- Outside dining & lounging \- Next door to the 97 Rock House for yummy coffee drinks, treats, ice cream, beer & wine THINGS TO KNOW: There is limited cell phone coverage when traveling on Highway 97/Blewett Pass and when at the home. It is strongly recommended that you enable Wi-Fi calling when you arrive at the home. Guests should download maps offline prior to traveling to the home. Though located off Highway 97, the 2023 renovation included sound proofing to allow guests to enjoy their surroundings and time with family and friends with little noise from highway traffic. Sound machines are also provided in each bedroom. You are next door to The 97 Rock House Cafe and are above the cafe's roastery and bakery. You may catch the smells of coffee and/or baked goods during your stay. \*\*NOVEMBER TO APRIL\*\* We can’t stress enough that snow tires, all-wheel-drive and chains are necessary to get to this home during the winter season. The Lodge @ 97 Rockhouse is off Highway 97 and while WSDOT (Washington State Department of Transportation) will work hard to keep Highway 97 clear, there may be times were WSDOT requires traction tires or chains when traveling on Highway 97\. Your safety is our top priority, and we want guests to be well prepared for the winter months. PROPERTY RULES: 1\. Max Occupancy: 12 guests 2\. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles and 2 trailers (boat/jet ski/snow mobile) 3\. Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am 4\. Trash shall not be left outside of provided trash receptacles 5\. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans PROPERTY VIOLATIONS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1\. $250 fine per violation (thousands more for burn ban violations) 2\. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee 3\. Immediate eviction PETS ALLOWED: We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $250 pet fee. One camera overlooks the parking area and entrance to the home; the second camera is at the 97 Rock House and oversees the area between the cafe and south side of the home and deck. Cameras are there to help monitor weather, potential wild animals and for guest safety. \*\*Tampering with cameras is immediate cause of eviction. GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: 1\. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking 2\. There were enough rooms to accommodate our party of people, more than enough beds to comfortably sleep our guests, and the kitchen was phenomenal to cook in and entertain. The property was quiet and provided every essential needed for a great weekend. We went to Leavenworth a few times, went hiking up at Ingalls Creek and took advantage of coffee drinks, ice cream and wine/beer next door at the cafe. The Pac-Man game systems were a big hit with my toddler and the grown ups. Dont have a single bad thing to say about this place. The home is about 20 mins from Leavenworth, which we didn't mind, and it was one of the best I've stayed in. It's got great design and functionality, was clean and cozy. We took advantage of being next door to the Rock cafe; when we arrived, we were able to buy a bottle of wine and take it back to the rental to enjoy off the back deck as we settled in. We appreciated the air mattresses being provided, that were self-inflating, and plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets. Furniture and decor are very nice, and the kitchen was a dream. The kitchen is well stocked and really large, we did look around for items quite a bit due to the sheer size. Don’t give up! Whatever you’re looking for is there!We had an issue with one of the blow up mattresses and it was replaced immediately, great communication with the property manager. The outside deck was great to relax in the evenings. We ran next door to the rock a few times for beer/cider and milkshakes. Would definitely stay again, proximity to Leavenworth as well as lake Wenatchee was perfect.
