Confort, sérénité et gastronomie sont les points forts de cet appartement à la campagne.  
2 chambres au décor élégant et moderne, avec chacune sa salle de bain, son toilette et sa télé connectée. La chambre savane vous pose autour de la piscine. La chambre Romantique vous offre une terrasse privée avec vue sur la campagne environnante. La cuisine dispose de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour des plus agréable.  
Pour plus de confort nous vous proposons, de déposer dans votre réfrigérateur un repas préparé par nos soins, avec des produits frais régionaux et de saison, que vous n’aurez plus qu’à remettre au four au moment le plus opportun pour vous. Vous pourrez choisir sur quelle terrasse vous souhaitez profitez de ce bon moment.  
Nous vous offrons le petit déjeuner. Il sera composé de viennoiseries, de pain beurre confiture. Boissons chaudes et jus de fruit. Avec supplément vous pouvez opter pour une formule terroir.  
Autour de Perville, profitez de cette belle région couramment appelée la Toscane Française, et pour cause, ses nombreux marchés, en matinée avec ces jeux de bois, et en soirée à la belle saison avec ses orchestres. Emportez vos couverts et dinez sur place . De très jolis villages classés ou non, Castelsagrat, Montjoi, la Chapelle, etc et bien sûr Auvillar, Lauzerte, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val et bien d’autres . Le jardin archéologique de Castelculier, Valence d’Agen à 10 mn ou Agen à 25 m, en plus d’être belles, vous assure toutes les priorités dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Baladez-vous sur son pont canal, visitez son musée des beaux-arts .. Tout à côté, à Bon-Encontre passez votre soirée au Petit Paradis, notre cabaret. Promenez-vous à Montauban à environ 50 mn. Très belle ville, un petit Toulouse qui d’ailleurs est à 1h40 et Bordeaux à 2 h. Pour vous évader à la journée, Carcassonne, magnifique ville fortifiée, un peu plus loin Biscarosse, Mimizan   
A proximité vous découvrirez, des chemins forestiers, Walibi, le magnifique golf de saint Sylvestre sur lot, plus petit, celui d’Espalais, à seulement 19 km, de belles fermes auberge, qui sont autant d’atout pour vous emmener vers notre si beau coin de France.
