VILLA MADDALENA - LAKE TRASIMENO AREA  
  
Villa Maddalena is located in one of the most exclusive private country estates of Umbria, owned by the same family for generations, with its thousands of hectares of immaculate woods and olive groves, spectacular views and green landscapes, lakes, rivers and fauna. Furnished with care and attention to details, the villa is the perfect location for those who love nature and tranquillity, with Florence and Rome within 2 hours drive away.  
  
Villa Maddalena develops on two floors.  
  
Ground floor: keeping the original terracotta tiles and original kitchen, the villa has a cosy and comfortable living area that used to be a chapel, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and oven. Spacious laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with shower.  
  
First floor: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (a couple of steps up), two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (one with shower, one with bath tub).  
  
Outside, a private and fenced garden with swimming pool (5x11m; 1.5m deep), sun lounges, panoramic decked terrace with table and chairs and a table tennis available for hire (extra cost and on request).  
  
Facilities: air conditioning (all bedrooms), high-speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout the villa, garden and pool area, terrace, private swimming pool (5x11m; 1.5m deep), sun loungers, umbrella, outdoor dining, barbecue, table tennis (on request), washing machine, iron/ironing board, kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer (in each bathroom), Satellite TV, oven, DVD player, cot, (on request), high chair (on request), towels (bathroom and pool), bed linen, daily maid service (except Sundays and bank holidays), private parking.  
  
Services (on request): lunch and dinner reservations and wine tasting at the estate's restaurant with take away services, lunch and dinner in villa with chef, cooking classes for adults and children, room service: breakfast and tidying up, lunch and dinner delivery, barbecue serviced in villa, SPA services in villa, hiking trips on the estate, bike rentals, picnic service with campfire, truffle hunting, fly fishing, Italian lessons, baby sitting.  
  
Please Note: To reach the villa there are 3 km of white gravel road. The roads are in good condition but occasionally steep and not suitable for sports cars.
