Inside a historic country manor house, it is located just 2 km from the airport, near Assisi and Perugia. Completely renovated in 2018 and furnished with paintings and period furniture, it offers a perfect space for those who want to immerse themselves in the most rarefied atmospheres of ancient Umbria between history and nature. The apartment is divided into two floors: on the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, a large well-equipped kitchen and a bright living room. The second floor is an enchanting attic with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large living room. All this is framed by a magnificent 100 m2 terrace with a scenic view of the Assisi valley! Modern has everything you could want or need for a stay in Hungary.. we are very grateful that we happen to stumble upon this gem in Sant Egidio & know for sure we will be back. Piero and Stefano have created a little paradise that overlooks Assisi. They are so communicative, sweet, and knowledgable. They gave us recommendations for grocery, dining, etc. and everything was amazing. The residence itself is rich with culture from their travels - there is no shortage of things to admire! The accommodations are comfortable and spacious, with beautiful rooms. The outside pergola is just breathtaking, and if you rent the jacuzzi also it’s an amazing way to spend the hot afternoon - soaking while overlooking the views! 6 people and a baby stayed here quite comfortably - I would highly, highly recommend this property! Stephan was there to geet us when we arrived, showing us how everything worked.
