We spent a lovely short break here. Generously sized luxurious rooms, lovely spa, friendly staff and delicious food. Nothing not to like!

Firstable i like to mention that my English is not so good so Barre with me. The property is only few years old, very clean and the staffs is professional. My wife and i have the pleasure to get a massage that we enjoy . The restaurant dining room side is very modern and a little sterile compare to this medieval town. Very clean property and my foods including breakfast was good. The pool is beautiful and needed because the all property does not like to used air conditioning . When i ask to check our air conditioning in our bedroom. I was told that is on but was working very poorly we spend 3 nights sweeting . I call the front desk he told me that he will boost the air for us and to be patient after 45 minutes i call again to complain he responde to me that he went down 1 degree... ridiculous. I like to mention also that i invinte some guest from outside town to join us for aperitivo and once again no air conditioning. Just imagine getting some refreshments and sweeting looking at each others. Also the pool was beatifull but a portion of the pool corner was invade by bees .... we have lunch by the pool only one waitress was there for 40 peoples wich that we wait very long time.. custumers look very frustrated . I feel sorry for michelle our only waitress that was gracious and was also the only bartender and breakfast waitresses. I know this seem that is all about complaining but we work very hard all year around we just like a little comfort and professionalism.

Café da manhã péssimo

Hotel lindo e confortável e com um spa maravilhoso. Só duas notas negativas. O quarto está localizado na frente de uma rua onde passam carros o tempo inteiro. Para quem tem sono leve pode ser um problema. Mas o que nos deixou com o amargo na boca foi o café da manhã no qual tinham croissants velhos e duros produzidos ha dias e tidas as manhãs eram os mesmos croissants. Alem do fato que perdiamos meia hora para fazermos sozinhos um suco de laranja fresco numa máquina colocada a disposição dos clientes. Num hotel desse nível espero que alguem me sirva o café da manhã e não que eu tenha que fazer meu próprio café da manhã

Struttura molto bella e rifinita, la spa è curata ed elegante. Stanze grandi e pulite. Personale gentile ma sono troppo pochi, il servizio al ristorante è molo lento anche se sono gentilissimi e volenterosi. Nota di merito per il ricevimento. Cibo di qualità, a km 0 ma menu un po troppo limitato. Vini molto buoni di produzione propria. Nei dintorni non si trova nulla ma la struttura offre quasi tutto. Ci tornerò
