Easy walk into Northbridge
The hotel was in a great spot for walking into Northbridge and Perth, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. There is no parking so look up car parks nearby or if you’re lucky there is street parking outside the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room.

Well located and good value accommodation
Convenient location for Northbridge and the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will stay there again. The absence of a person at reception most of the time might spook some people but it was not an issue for us.

Good location
Hotel staff not on duty at all times, even during the day. Had to share our room with a large dead insect. Otherwise the hotel was adequate.

Tiny dark room, not close to anything.
I was greeted by a sign on the entrance door with phone numbers to call to arrange check-in. Despite their ad, this hotel does not have people at reception - they're off-site and you have to phone them. The room was dark and I needed the lights on all day. The room had a squeeky, but comfortable, brass bed and one armchair. The bathroom was nice with a good shower. The coffee and tea facilities comprised of two teabags and a coffee pod machine with only one pod! The walls are thin and I could clearly hear every noise and conversation that went on in the foyer. My room was on street level, however, the blind was broken and I had to use pillows and cushions to cover the window at night. This was definitely not worth the $120 pn room rate. I don't recommend this hotel and I won't stay here again.

Funky boutique hotel - leisurely stroll to city
Would ideally suit the younger crowd that doesn’t mind a short walk to the city. Close enough to the cafes and restaurants of Northbridge but without the noise and hassle. I stayed in the Audrey Hepburn room on E level facing the street - the room was spotless and well appointed. Good aircon and a great glass walled bathroom. The hotel is on a street moderately busy with car traffic yet the vehicle noise wasn’t an issue. Nice dark curtains kept out the light and the noise. Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Tuckshop nearby is great for breakfast. Lots of Asian restaurants nearby for a cheap meal. Northbridge nightspots a convenient couple of blocks away. Cultural facilities and city shopping a short stroll a few city blocks away, as are the transport connections of Perth train station.

C,heck in counter is unattended and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to turn up to check in. The room I was allocated was on the ground floor / basement level, with an access lane just outside the window, the noise from the passing cars and people could be heard.

Hi Anonymous I'm glad you rated your stay 5/5 despite the small hiccups with reception and the towels. Unfortunately reception at the nest hotel is not 24hrs and so we ask all guests to call 15 mins ahead of arrival time to ensure we have someone to greet you when you arrive. Fortunately there is always someone on call so we are at most 10 minutes away from assisting you in the hotel.

此酒店前台沒有人長駐,如有需要均要打電話找人來協助。入住時都要打電話叫人來,等了大慨20分鐘。 入住第一晚發現牀沒有清潔,留有上手客人的玩具! 第一晚發現毛巾不夠,第二晚才補回。 附近就是唐人街,夜晚食飯很方便。

口コミの評価がよかったのとアクセルスの良さで選びましたがいつもフロントに人はいないし、お部屋のサービスも置いてあるタオルがまちまちだったりとがっかりしました。バルコニー有りとありましたが1/3畳ほどのスペースで1階だったのでないほうが安全上良いと思いました。写真ではとてもよく見えましたが。

Great location
The location of this hotel is wonderful. As for the rest, the greeting was friendly but that was the only time I seen any staff. The room was clean and comfortable but average at best and limited room which is expected in this area. Plenty of places to dine within walking and the city itself is easily access from this location.

Chic boutique in great location
Room was more than comfortable and was clean. Added bonus was the rooftop for relaxing. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. Convenient to transit station and northbridge shops and cultural area.

not a bad place to stay
Very neat and tidy room, carpet a bit dirty and room odour not so great. A bit difficult to find but very impressed with the size of the bed. Sad that apparently on arrival wastild prob don't drink the milk as it was old. The rooftop space is amazing but didn't see the book nook as stated in the compendium, they could do so much more with that space for guests. For a quick overnight stay it's great close to Northbridge and a walk to the city.

Ok hotel but nothing special....
Arrived late from an international flight, office unattended and front door locked. A guy came to let me in after waiting 15 minutes..... No parking on site only street.... Room was ok and the bed was comfortable, but the hallway didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks !

A loverly place to rest when visiting Perth
The hotel is very convenient to many eateries and is only a 10 minute walk to the Perth Malls and close to all transport.The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. After hours they have an on call manager who is there to help with any issues and the front desk staff Charlenne is extremely friendly and helpful. Charlenne is always there to greet you when you leave and return with a smile and friendly word. Charlenne is very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and places to see. Overall this is a very lovely place to stay in preference to some of the bigger more impersonal hotels.

Front desk manager was very friendly, escorted us personally to the room to show us where everything was and how air conditioning etc worked. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Funky decor and fittings.

Great central location
Loved the location, loathed the reception/entry experience. There are no dedicated reception hours in this hotel and the process of organising someone to open the door and check in was comical - bordering on Faulty Towers. The hotel itself is cute, boutique and very comfortable, however some furnishings in the room look completely out of place (ie: study desk/chair straight from kmart). Very comfortable room otherwise, and great bathrooms.

Thank you anonymous! Unfortunately, being in Northbridge you either like the location or not. Since we are a booking hotel, we don''t have spacious balcony that can fit a chair or table except for our King Deluxe rooms, however all our guests are welcomed to our Rooftop terrace with great views of the CBD where there is plenty seating area provided.

Great little bit our hotel in a excellent location. We had a short stay and the staff were helpful s d friendly, the beds super comfy and the rooms fresh, modern and clean! The rooftop was fabulous. Perfect for our stay in Northbridge. We will definitely be back!

Great stay for business.
A great place to stay as it was close to the city but far enough away to be quiet and restful. All major transports hubs are less than 10 minutes walk away. The staff are most accommodating and my only complaint was that there is no Pay TV and couldn't get Channel 9 stations. The rooms are on the small side but most comfortable and quiet at night. The outdoor area was great but couldn't find any refreshments as advertised. Lots of various restaurants nearby and the find of meal times was the Tuck Shop about 30 meters nearby which serves the most amazing breakfast.

Good & bad, but mostly good
Stayed for a week on business. The rooms are comfortable a tidy, with everything you need. The room I was in didn't have a proper desk which hindered work somewhat. There's a little balcony, but I wasn't inclined to use it. Not much noise from the usually noisy Northbridge (at least in my room - I heard some other were very noisy). There's no lobby to speak of and the desk is serviced for limited hours. But when they are there, service is very good. All that said, it's still good value in Perth. My co-worker staying in a room on the ground floor and said it was terrible. The shower wouldn't drain properly, leaving water over the whole bathroom floor and even outside a bit. There's no balcony - and you're right beside the check-in desk so you'll hear any noisy guests returning. So the tips are get one of the larger rooms on the side facing Washing Lane.

Conveniently located, lovely good garden for relax
The rooms were lovely however I was originally in a basement room with wooden 'bars'on the window so I asked to change room, they were very accommodating and moved me to ground floor with a balcony straight away, excellent customer experience.

A bonus is the garden upstairs where there is a lovely space to relax and enjoy city views. The room was clean with doors opening onto a balcony so we did not feel hemmed in and the room was decorated stylishly and everything worked well. The staff member who greeted us was exceptional and helpful.

Great little hotel in a good location
We enjoyed a four night stay at this hotel. It was not quite what I expected on arrival but after finding our way around Perth I then realised that the hotel was well placed. It was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
