BEDROOM APARTMENT CLOSE TO BEACH AND MARINA Stay in our SELF-CONTAINED guest bedroom, living, kitchenette and bathroom APARTMENT built in under main roof of our NEW HOUSE. It has a separate entry and own outdoor area with private BBQ. Very quiet location. Parking on reserve area of driveway. The price based on 2 adults. Child over 5 for additional $20\. (Children under 5 not recommended) The apartment is fully furnished in style. Living room with dining and sitting areas, HD TV, DVD, WI-FI. The adjoining kitchenette area is equipped with fridge, basic cooking facilities, HP, MW, air fryer, sandwich maker, electric jug and toaster. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and large built in wardrobe. The bathroom/WC is nice modern with shower. Washing machine! All bedding and towels including beach towels supplied.
