There is a split system air conditioning in the main living room which effectively cools the second bedroom also when the doors are open. There is also a split system in the main bedroom. Elizabeth Quay is also very close. This is often the most convenient way to explore the immediate city area. Unfortunately I lost mine and was blamed for a carpet stain caused by someone else. I asked for before and after photos which they claimed were took and was sent only an after photo and they kept money anyway.
