Boasting 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with inbuilt kitchen/laundry - you\`ll love this lock up & leave lifestyle Easy access to the Mitchel Freeway, bike tracks, quick drive to the Osborne Park Main Steet cafe strip, Perth City and close to Transperth bus stops and Glendalough train station. Please see below for a breakdown as to what this apartment offers: \- This apartment is located in a secure complex with controlled gates, CCTV, on site laundry facilities with beautiful green gardens. \- Older style complex built in 1969 but well maintained comprising of 106 units. \- Located on the second floor of the complex (top floor) so you will be required to walk up 3 flights of stairs from ground floor to second floor). \- Private entrance with security door and front door. \- Open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. \- Modern kitchen with up to date appliances including kettles, toaster, electric cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher. You will also have access to a washing machine, portable clothes airer, iron/ironing board in the kitchen for easy use. \- Light & bright living area with Smart TV and two-seater sofa with sliding door to access the lovey balcony area. There is also 1 x split system which is capable of heating & cooling the property nicely to keep you warm or cool. Hisense smart TV with connection to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Stan, ABC iView and Kayo - please note that you must log in to your own accounts to utilise these accounts. \- The bedroom is located off the living area and boasts a queen bed, bedside tables/lamps to either side and a double wardrobe for your belongings. \- Off the bedroom is your very own en-suite, which boasts a wall-mounted mirror, sink/vanity, toilet and shower. \- Private balcony off the living area overlooks the grass area of the complex. \- You will have access to a single-car bay in the gated area. The allocated parking space is behind the remote control security gate. \- Security pedestrian entry gate with CCTV throughout the complex for added security.
