Check in process was very difficult, was not given address until a week before, was meant to be sent check in instructions a couple days before and when I wasn’t sent any lockbox information, I reached out to them via phone which took days to reply eventually Staycay answered and they told me to recheck. I confirmed that i had not received information they realised and sent me it finally.
