I was given the wrong code number to access the security box for the keys to the apartment. I then had to call a number which went to the message bank. Thankfully they rang back shortly afterwards. 2\. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I did not get a decent nights sleep during our stay. The bed was low to the floor and seemed to be of the cheap and nasty variety. All other aspects of the apartment were acceptable but would suggest that the balcony receive a more regular clean as there was a lot of dust and grime on the windows and furniture. ##### Kevin T.
